With a freshly minted LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, with a focus on Intellectual Property and Technology Law, Assistant Prof. Aatman Shukla seeks to bring a unique perspective to our nascent team at DA-SoL, blending international legal education with practical Indian law experience to foster a diverse and dynamic legal approach.
Having completed his BA.LLB (Hons.) from National Law University Delhi, his journey through the legal landscape includes a stint as an Associate at Kochhar & Co where he largely worked in matters of Mergers & Acquisitions and Insolvency & Bankruptcy. His areas of expertise also include Contracts Law, Risk Mitigation and he authored and co-authored numerous publications, bringing to the table significant academic and practical experience in his young career.
