We ae thrilled to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), a landmark collaboration between the School of Law – Dhirubhai Ambani University and the International Law Institute (ILI), Washington D.C.
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) marks the beginning of a robust academic partnership grounded in mutual cooperation and global vision. The MoU was signed by Mr. Robert Sargin, Deputy Director of ILI, in the presence of Professor Don Wallace, Jr., Chairman, and Mr. Stuart Kerr, President of the International Law Institute. Key representatives from the Dhirubhai Ambani University – School of Law behind this critical agreement were Prof (Dr) Avinash Dadhich, Founding Director and Prof. Dr. Manuj Bhardwaj, Assistant Professor and the initiator of this collaboration.
The MoU lays the foundation for a diverse range of cooperative initiatives, including:
