Programme Overview
The Senior Executive Development Programme on Compliance, Safety and Regulations in Aviation will take place from 12 to 15 January 2026 in Hamburg, Germany. Organized by Dhirubhai Ambani University School of Law (Dhirubhai Ambani University – School of Law) in collaboration with Copernicus Strategic Consulting CSC GmbH, Germany, and Spaviatech Law, India, this programme is designed for senior professionals, legal experts and decision-makers navigating the evolving challenges of modern aviation governance.
Set in Europe’s aviation hub, similar to Toulouse, this four-day residential programme provides a comprehensive understanding of international aviation law, regulatory frameworks, safety, certification processes and environmental governance. Participants will gain practical insights into ICAO and EASA frameworks, export control and sanctions compliance, airworthiness certification, liability management and aviation security through case studies, interactive sessions and discussions led by global experts.
