- Multilateral trade system in flux: WTO paralysis, unilateral tariffs, and mega-regionals (RCEP, CPTPP, IPEF).
- India’s FTA strategies: UK, EU, EFTA, UAE – balancing integration with autonomy.
- Geopolitics & trade: friend-shoring, national security, technology, and data.
Day 2
Services, Digital Trade & Mobility
- Cross-border data flows, localization, and India’s DPDP Act in global context.
- Digital taxation, e-commerce moratorium, and lessons from OECD/EU practices.
- Services trade: recognition of qualifications, barriers abroad, and opportunities for IT, healthcare, and education exports.

Manufacturing, Market Access & Trade Barriers
- Sensitive sectors: autos, dairy, agriculture, and textiles – balancing protection with FTAs.
