Senior Executive Leadership Programme on Tax Law and Regulatory Strategy for the Boardroom Concludes in Mumbai

Strategic litigation risks, borderless tax regimes, and boardroom disclosures were at the forefront of discussions at the Senior Executive Leadership Programme on Tax Law and Regulatory Strategy for the Boardroom, held on August 1–2, 2025, at the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mumbai.

Organised by the School of Law, Dhirubhai Ambani University in partnership with the International Law Institute (ILI), Washington DC, the two-day programme brought together senior business leaders, CFOs, legal advisors, and compliance heads for advanced dialogue on evolving tax and regulatory challenges.

In his closing address, Dr. Manuj Bhardwaj, Head of Executive Education at DAU School of Law, stressed the importance of industry–academia collaboration in shaping innovation, bridging skill gaps, and creating future-ready leadership. He also announced upcoming training initiatives and executive programmes to further strengthen this collaborative ecosystem.
