
Dr. Niteesh Kumar Upadhyay is an Associate Professor of Law at Dhirubhai Ambani University – School of Law. With over 12 years of teaching experience, he has previously held faculty positions at National Law School Patna, Nirma University School of Law, and Symbiosis Law School, Noida.
Dr. Upadhyay is an internationally recognized scholar, serving as Research Advisor at South Ural State University (Russia), Guest Faculty at the Romanian American University (Romania), and International Research Fellow at the University of Milan (Italy) and Tashkent State Law University (Uzbekistan). He has delivered lectures at prestigious institutions across Germany, China, Russia, Romania, Poland, Spain, Malaysia, and more.
He recently completed his postdoctoral research on AI and Human Rights at South Ural State University (Russia) and was appointed as a member of the Academic Friends Network of the UN Human Rights Council Advisory Committee. In 2022, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Reggio Calabria University (Italy) and recently joined Nelson Mandela University (South Africa) as a Research Assistant.
Dr. Upadhyay’s vast expertise in human rights, technology law, and international law makes him a valuable asset to the Dhirubhai Ambani University – School of Law.
