A distinguished leader in dispute resolution and contract management, he currently serves as Head of Contract Management Division (Executive Director) for Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited, representing them in various disputes and claims of over USD 1 billion with contractors in Dispute Adjudication Boards, Arbitral Tribunals, and courts of law.
As a FIDIC Certified Adjudicator and Certified Trainer, Mr. Mishra brings extensive expertise in arbitration, dispute boards, and contract methodologies. He is also Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Fellow of Prime Dispute (UK) and has been member of UK Adjudicators, Dispute Resolution Board Foundation.
Beyond his professional work, Mr. Mishra actively contributes to shaping dispute resolution practices, serving as the Vice Chairman of the Society of Construction Law – India, and as India’s delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. His publications and insights on FIDIC-based construction contracts in India have established him as a leading voice in the industry.
