Mr. Mohit Dubey belongs to cadre of Indian Engineering Services (IES) and is presently working as a Deputy Director, in Military Engineer Services (MES) under Ministry of Defence, Government of India. He is serving in HQ Military Engineer Services (MES), New Delhi, one of the largest construction agencies of Government of India. Mr. Dubey in his 10+ years of service with MES has handled various prestigious infrastructure projects such as runways, multi-storey buildings, and water and electricity supply utilities project. He has also had the honour of defending the Government of India in multiple arbitration and court cases arising out of disputes in construction projects thus saving millions of dollars of exchequer money.
Before joining MES, Mr. Dubey has worked with Teng & Associates Inc. in Chicago, USA as a bridge design engineer, where he designed one of the world’s longest Tied Arch Bridges over the Mississippi river. He was also actively involved in project management of multiple expressway projects under Illinois Department of Transportation and Michigan Department of Transportation.
Mr. Dubey also had the experience of working with global leaders in the construction field such as the Hyundai Construction Company in Seoul, South Korea. Mr Dubey is amongst the few professionals working with the Government of India who has a truly global work profile, having worked in three different jurisdictions, namely India, USA and South Korea. With 17+ years of rich and diverse professional expertise his areas of specialization includes Construction Management and Dispute Resolution in Construction Sector.
