Mr. Ajit Mishra is a distinguished dual-qualified lawyer, admitted as a British Solicitor and an India-qualified Advocate, with extensive experience in international commercial law. Over the past two decades, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening India-UK business relationships, advising multinational corporations on cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial law matters.
He began his legal career by establishing the UK operations for a leading Indian law firm, serving as Managing Partner of its London office, where he successfully expanded the firm’s international footprint. His expertise led to his appointment as a consultant to a prominent British Member of Parliament and a former Judge of the Royal Court of Justice. Following this, he joined a prestigious British law firm, where he set up and led their India desk in London, facilitating major investments between India, the UK, and Europe.
A trusted advisor to businesses navigating cross-border legal frameworks, he has represented numerous Indian companies expanding into the UK and Europe, as well as international corporations entering the Indian market.
